The European Championships will be held between the 17th March and the 29th March 2013. The proposed competition will have a number of different events with countries allowed to enter one team in the "A" event and a maximum of two teams in "B" events. This is an “A” and “B” team International event.
The first week will have events for men’s, ladies and seniors “A” & “B” teams

            >    Departure Sunday 24th
The second week will have events for under 18’s, 23’s, specials men’s and ladies “A” & “B” teams
            >    Arriving Sunday 24th March
            >    Playing Monday 25th to Wednesday 27th specials men’s and ladies “A” & “B” teams
            >    Departure Thursday 28th specials men’s and ladies “A” & “B” teams
            >    Playing Monday 25th to Thursday 28th under 18’s and 23’s “A” & “B” teams
            >    Departure Friday 29th under 18’s and 23’s “A” & “B” teams
The Competition will be held in The Spa, Bridlington. A full schedule of the event has yet to be finalised and will be published on the site when available.

The European Blackball Association (EBA) will host the World Blackball Championships on behalf of Blackball International between the 28th October and the 4th November 2012. The proposed competition will have a number of different events with countries allowed to enter one team per event. This is an “A Team” International event.
The competition will be held in the Norbreck Castle Hotel, Queens Promenade, Blackpool, Lancashire, England. A full schedule of the event has yet to be finalised and will be published on the site when available. This is expected to be after the 30th July.
Travel
Travel arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the Country or National Federation / Association. The closest International Airport is Manchester Airport, however, Liverpool Airport would be closer for neighbouring nations. Some countries will require visas for their players and may require an official invite. Applications for an official invite to satisfy VISA requirements should be emailed to Martin Kirwan at irepoolsipf@gmail.com. The application should contain copies of booking confirmations for Hotel plus all travel documents. 30th June is the latest date for receipt.
Accomodation
It is expected all teams and supporters will be accommodated at the Norbreck Castle Hotel. It is necessary that the total amount of players and supporters staying at the Hotel should be submitted to Margaret Lopez mlopez@iprimus.com.au and Linda Kirwan irepoolsipf@gmail.com before the 30th July. These should include the submission of all team member forms. It is important that all accommodation is paid for prior to the start of the tournament.
